Aggressive Breeds are not permitted; i.e. pit bull, rottweiler, boxer, bull terrier, chow and any other mix thereof or determined to be aggressive by company insurance provider.
Proof of spay or neuter is required.
There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet due upon occupancy.
Monthly Pet rent:
Cats are $10.00 per month
Birds/ fish tanks, lizards / snakes / frogs / turtles and/or otherwise caged / other non-mammals are $10.00 per month
Dogs weighing 1-35 pounds are $25.00 per month
Dogs weighing 35 pounds plus are $35.00 per month
Ferrets are considered small dogs.
